Agricultural technology for growing reanuts seeds
Peanuts are a heat-loving and moisture-loving crop, so to grow them you need to prepare a sunny and humid place.

1. Variety selection
When choosing a peanut variety, consider the following factors:
- Purpose of cultivation. For cultivation as a food crop, varieties with high yields and good quality fruits are selected.
- Winter hardiness. Peanuts do not tolerate frost, so in regions with cold climates it is necessary to grow them as seedlings or in greenhouses.

2. Soil preparation
The soil for planting peanuts should be fertile and well-drained. The optimal soil acidity is 6.0-6.5.

3. Landing
Peanut seedlings are planted in the spring, when the threat of frost has passed.
Seedlings are planted in planting holes with a depth and diameter of 20-25 cm. A layer of drainage made of broken brick or crushed stone is poured into the planting hole, then a layer of fertile soil. The seedlings are planted so that the root collar is at soil level. After planting, the seedlings are watered abundantly.

4. Plant care
Peanuts are an unpretentious plant, but to obtain a good harvest the following measures must be taken:
- Watering. Peanuts are a moisture-loving crop, so they need to be watered regularly. Water the plants 2-3 times a week, using 10-15 liters of water per 1 m².
- Feeding. During the period of active plant growth, 2-3 fertilizing with mineral fertilizers is carried out. The first feeding is carried out in the phase of 3-4 true leaves, the second - in the flowering phase, the third - in the fruiting phase.
- Hilling up. For better development of peanut roots, it is necessary to hill up the plants. Hilling is carried out several times a season, as the plants grow.

5. Harvest
Peanuts ripen in August-September. The ripening of peanuts is determined by the yellowing of the leaves. Peanuts are dug out of the ground, shaken off the soil and dried.

Some tips for growing peanuts
- To obtain an earlier harvest, peanuts can be grown as seedlings. Peanut seedlings are grown at home or in greenhouses.
- To increase the yield of peanuts, you can grow them next to other crops that repel pests.

If you follow the agricultural techniques for growing peanuts, you can get a good harvest of tasty and healthy nuts.
