Allium nutans is a perennial herbaceous plant, a species of the genus Onion (Allium) of the Onion family (Alliaceae). This product contains 20 PCS fresh seeds.
The bulbs are cylindrical or slightly conical, 1.5-2 cm in diameter, covered with a thin film shell, attached to a horizontally or obliquely growing rhizome. The stem is thick, 25-70 centimeters high, in the upper part with two, usually winged ribs, drooping before flowering, straightens at the beginning of flowering. The leaves are 6-8 in number, close together at the base of the stem, linear with rounded tips, 1-2 cm wide, up to 30 cm long, glaucous, blunt, sickle-shaped, smooth. The leaf blade has a small helical bend around the longitudinal axis. The leaves are brittle and juicy, at the break they secrete a mucous juice, slightly sharp in taste.

Allium nutans is a food plant, young leaves are used for food. It can be propagated by seeds and bulbs. It is recommended to grow in one place for no more than five years. Onion-slizun begins vegetation almost immediately after the snow melts, so its leaves are suitable for eating in early spring, when there are no other garden greens yet.
