Trollius asiaticus is a package of 20 fresh seeds from the rare and exotic Asiatic globeflower plant. This herbaceous perennial plant belongs to the Ranunculaceae family and is valued for its unique, globe-shaped flowers and its uses in folk medicine.

🌿 Botanical Description

Trollius asiaticus is a 10-80 cm tall plant with a root system consisting of numerous cord-like lobes. The smooth, erect stem is solitary, while the basal leaves are on long petioles with pentagonal blades divided into 5 rhombic segments. Stem leaves are smaller and sessile, with similar blades to the basal ones. The large, up to 5 cm in diameter flowers are orange-red, with 10-20 sepals and petals 2-3 times longer than the stamens. The fruit consists of numerous leaflets, 10-11 mm long, with a short beak and curved inward at the base. The seeds ripen in late June to early July.
